First of all, NO CLASSES on Friday & Saturday (8/6 & 8/7) for those who are NOT going to summer camp!
As most of you have already known that Yamanaka (8th Dan Hanshi) and Saito (8th Dan Kyoshi) Sensei are dropping by our dojo along with Sakamoto Sensei (6th Dan) from Choyokan for a special practice before heading off to the Summer Camp.

There will be an extra practice at Rochester dojo with Yamanaka & Saito sensei’s on August 11th (Monday) after the Summer Camp from 7:00-9:00 (to be announced). So if you can make it, please do so.
