As most of you have already known that Yamanaka (8th Dan Hanshi) and Saito (8th Dan Kyoshi) Sensei are dropping by our dojo along with Sakamoto Sensei (6th Dan) from Choyokan for a special practice before heading off to the Summer Camp.

Please be at the dojo around 6:30 to help prepping and be ready to go at 7pm – if you’re one of those “right on time” guys, be earlier this time :)

Also, there will be another chance to learn from the Sensei’s on Thursday (8/5) down at the Rochester Y around 7pm with the Hokkyokusei group.  If you can make it, please do! If you need a ride, just let one of us know then we’ll figure it out!  Here’s the address:
