For people who don’t know who Miyazaki Masahiro sensei is, how could you?! Miyazaki sensei participated in the All Japan Kendo Championship (meaning the best fighting the best). Winning 6 times 1st place, 1 second place and 3 third places (victories in 3 consecutive years once, victories in two consecutive years once) between 1990 to 2001. Miyazaki sensei assumes the position of head instructor at the Kanagawa prefecture police department in 2008 (Source). Winning 1 time makes you the Kendo chump and have a fan club on facebook with 100 plus people joining, but 6 times?! That makes him the Kendo God! Here are the videos him passing 8th Dan:
